About the Job
We are looking for actors in the LA area in their 20s-30s who have experience playing basketball for a direct-to-camera UGC shoot. This is a location shoot. You should have: - Strong, natural on-camera presence and confident delivery of scripted lines - Ability to perform basketball actions on camera, including shooting, crossovers, dunks/near-dunks, etc. - Ability to transition naturally from a basketball action into turning to the camera and delivering a scripted hook - Comfort capturing general basketball B-roll, including dribbling, shooting drills, hoop/court close-ups, and casual gameplay with friends - Comfortable taking direction and performing multiple takes and script variations - Ability to deliver some exaggerated or over-the-top “winning reaction” moments as needed.
